The Center on Main

Get your amenity access turned on during move-in week, and the Center on Main is yours to use. The Center on Main is Verrado's resident community and fitness facility on Main Street, the indoor counterpart to patio dinners and concerts outside. Think workout space plus room for community gatherings, for people who already live here. It isn't a public gym you can walk into off the street.

Center, Big Patio, Assembly, VCA: who's who

These four are easy to mix up, and it matters because each one handles different things.

In short: the Center is where resident fitness and indoor community space live, the Big Patio is Victory's welcome desk, the Assembly plans a lot of the fun, and the VCA handles access and common-area rules. Each one's own channels have the final say on the details.

Before your first visit

It's at 4239 N Village Street, a 14,000-square-foot building on about 2.5 acres, and verrado.com says it's open daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. (The Center on Main). Inside you'll find the fitness area, a lap pool and a play pool, a traditional Board Room, flexible multipurpose rooms, fitness classes and sports and rec programs. Lap swim and open swim hours are posted at the Center. The Regent Hills brochure adds pickleball to the list (brochure), though we haven't found a court count. Don't miss the lending library on the shelves inside the parking-lot entrance. Take a book, leave a book.

The VCA sets the amenity card, guest and teen-access rules, so check its current rules on the verrado.com FAQ or with the Verrado Community Association before your first visit, especially if you have a teenager who wants to use the fitness room.

Need a room for a meeting? Residents can ask to reserve the Board Room and multipurpose rooms in advance through the Center's page. We haven't found published rental fees.

Class calendars and temporary closures are on the official channels and posted at the Center. You won't find yoga times or spin schedules on this page, because those change.

Parking and timing

Main Street fills up on event nights. If you're pairing a workout with dinner from Where to eat, leave yourself extra time so you're not circling during a concert load-in.

Victory residents, note that the Victory Club amenities are a separate 55+ setup. See Victory at Verrado and Neighborhoods, and don't assume Center access works the same in every district.

Make an outing of it

The Center sits in the same walkable core as the restaurants, shops, and event lawns, so it's easy to turn a workout into a morning out.

Coffee or food afterward is a short walk away; see Where to eat and the merchants overview. On splash weather days rather than treadmill days, there's Heritage Swim Park, the resident aquatic amenity in Heritage, which has its own access rules. If you'd rather play eighteen holes than ride eighteen machines, there's Verrado Golf Club (verradogolfclub.com). And for an outdoor event night, check Main Street events and Visit Verrado. The Big Patio is Victory's welcome center, not an event venue.

Even downtown, resident credentials still get you in the door. If you've got visitors in town looking for a meal, send them to Where to eat rather than the Center entrance.

A couple of public things are tied to the Center too. The Buckeye library's Bookmobile stops at the Center from 11:30 to 1:30 on scheduled Wednesdays (library calendar), and the Verrado Turkey Trot runs on Thanksgiving (race page).

Class schedules, instructor names, day-pass rules and current fees live on verrado.com, the association portals and the signs posted at the facility. If anything here disagrees with them, go with theirs.
