Park once and walk. Main Street is Verrado's walkable town center, a few tree-lined blocks where dinner, coffee, errands, and community events share the same sidewalk. It sits at N. Verrado Way & W. Main St in Buckeye, with community gathering spaces at either end and the golf club a short hop away. When someone says meet me downtown, this is what they mean.

What's here
It's a small-town core with shops below and homes above, not a mega-mall.
Food and coffee
Our Where to eat page covers the restaurant row in depth. Names that regularly show up on the official directory include Tempo Urban Bistro, Ciao Grazie, Rosie's Taco Shop (merging with Oscar's Taco Shop, per Rosie's, so check before you go), Anthem Coffee, and Orange Leaf, plus Bashas' for groceries. Menus and hours belong to the merchants, so we don't reprint them here.
Everyday errands
Pharmacy, salons, dental and medical offices, insurance, title, and real estate offices line the same blocks, which means you can knock out a few errands in one trip. The live list is on the Main Street directory and in our merchants overview.
By name, the directory listed these when we checked Oct. 10, 2026: CVS Pharmacy, Main Street Medical, Main Street Dental, Vision Wellness and Empower Physical Therapy for the health stops. For hair and nails there's The Blue Daisy Salon & Spa, Majestic Beauty Spa and Barbershop on Main. Money and paperwork are covered by Edward Jones, Johnson Wealth Management, Ganyo Insurance, Northwest Escrow & Title, Keller Williams and two law offices. Bashas' and CVS are on the same blocks, so groceries and a prescription pickup make one stop.
The directory calls Main Street a "three block district" starting at Main Street and Verrado Way, which is about right. You can walk the whole thing in a few minutes.
Resident and event spaces
The Center on Main is the resident fitness and community facility, and you'll need your resident credentials to get in.
The Village Green is where the outdoor gatherings happen: concerts, markets, and seasonal nights. The Big Patio is a different thing, Victory's welcome and information center over on San Miguel Ave.
There are also lofts above the shops, a live-work setup the official Main Street page calls out.
Using the map
The public Main Street map PDF shows buildings and suites. It's good for getting your bearings, but check the live directory before you drive over for one specific shop.
Getting there
From I-10, take Exit 120 (Verrado Way) and head north into the community. Main Street is the landmark that tells you you've arrived.
Inside Verrado, paths and a walkable grid make short trips by foot, bike, or golf cart easy. Follow City of Buckeye and Arizona rules for carts on public streets.
For parking, there's street and lot parking around the district. On big event nights, come early and plan on a little walk from wherever you find a spot.

Main Street, Sunrise Market, and the Marketplace
People here talk about three shopping areas now. They're neighbors, not copies of each other, and their openings land on different timelines.

Local coverage often describes Sunrise as the downtown expansion next to Main Street. Whichever you're headed to, look at that centre's directory the week you go rather than going by who was open last month.
Why is it busy tonight?
