DMB Associates (Developer)
Links to official sourceThe Scottsdale-based developer behind the Verrado master-planned community.
DMB built the plan, but it's rarely who you call for a day-to-day problem; the table further down tells you who is. DMB Associates, Inc. is the Scottsdale-based company behind Verrado's master plan. DMB's Verrado page describes the community as small-town in design, with tree-lined streets, front porches and hometown events, set in the White Tank foothills. It also presents Verrado as part of a longer-range plan for growing both the community and the City of Buckeye.
DMB lists its office at 6263 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 330, in Scottsdale. We just summarize what DMB says publicly; DMB doesn't review this site.
Verrado by DMB's numbers
DMB's Verrado page publishes these headline figures. They're the developer's numbers, so read them as the plan, not a count of what's built today:
| Figure (per DMB) | Value |
|---|---|
| Total acres | 8,800 |
| Entitled homes | 14,000 |
| Commercial square feet | 4.2 million |
| Parks | 77 |
Entitled means approved in planning terms. It doesn't mean those homes exist yet. Park counts also vary by source and keep growing as new phases open; see our parks and trails page.
What DMB likes to point out
DMB calls Main Street a walkable, business-friendly district built around the Village Green, Verrado's town square. Our Main Street page has more.
Victory at Verrado is the 55+ district, which DMB describes as connected to the all-ages community around it.
For golf, DMB credits Tom Lehman with bringing the two desert courses to life. See Verrado Golf Club.
And on land preservation, DMB says it took the lead in creating the White Tank Mountain Conservancy to help protect trails and open space.
Who to call instead
DMB is the master developer, but for most questions you'll want someone else:

Plans aren't promises
Master-plan figures, renderings and coming labels can shift with the market and city approvals. On this site, "Coming soon" appears only when a merchant announces it, and agenda items are labeled "Filed plans" until something is actually approved.
verrado.com is the community's own site for neighborhoods, amenities and resident info. It sometimes blocks automated tools, so if a link here won't load, try a regular browser.
This site is resident-run and isn't sponsored by DMB or the associations; our disclosure page explains how we handle ads. To go deeper, read DMB: Verrado and verrado.com, then our Moving to Verrado guide and Neighborhoods page.
