Primary care health center at Verrado Way and I-10 with on-site lab and imaging services.

Banner Health Center in Buckeye is a primary care clinic at 20751 W. Market St., near Verrado Way and I-10, and the main number Banner lists is (623) 463-5000. Banner's own location page describes it as neighborhood primary care in the Verrado community, with on-site labs and X-rays plus evening and same-day appointments.

What Banner lists here

The location page groups services in two parts:

  • Family medicine: care for acute and chronic conditions, routine physicals, sinus and respiratory care, on-site labs and X-rays
  • Pediatrics: newborn and pediatric care, well-child exams and immunizations

Banner says the clinic is set up so patients can build a long-term relationship with a family medicine doctor or pediatrician who knows their history. The page lists the current providers, a mix of family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics clinicians, so you can pick one before you call.

If you just moved here and need a primary care doctor close to home, or you want the kids and the grown-ups seen under one roof, this is the listing on our site. It also saves a separate trip when a Banner clinician orders labs or X-rays.

Before you call

Check your insurance first. Banner's page says most major insurance is accepted and tells patients to check their own plan, so call your insurer to confirm the clinic and provider are in-network.

The location page has downloadable new-patient forms, including a pediatric medical history form. Fill them out ahead of time and check-in goes faster.

Banner posts daily hours on the location page, including some evening hours. We don't copy them here because they change.

For same-day needs, Banner notes that many issues can go to an urgent care location instead, and its page links to urgent care and emergency options.

Primary care, urgent care or the ER?

Banner's page draws the line clearly. Chest pain and other signs of a medical emergency mean call 911 or go to an emergency room. Things like a fever or a possible broken bone fit urgent care. Routine checkups, chronic-condition follow-ups and well-child visits belong with your primary care clinic. When in doubt, call 911.

Getting there

The clinic is on W. Market St., the commercial area near the Verrado Way and I-10 interchange, south of Verrado's neighborhoods. Coming from the north side of the community? Check the city's road project updates first. As of Oct. 11, the city's project page says the Verrado Way and Yuma Road intersection will remain fully closed to all traffic through fall 2026, with no reopening date posted. Correction (Oct. 11, 2026): this page previously said the city was aiming for one lane each way by the end of October and credited InBuckeye. That was a city staff estimate reported by West Valley View on Sept. 10; the city's current project page does not repeat it.
