How We Make Money

Verrado.us is an independent community information site operated by Savy Advisors LLC. It is not affiliated with DMB Associates, the Verrado Community Association, or the City of Buckeye. Running it costs money, so this page explains exactly how it is funded.

The rule that comes first

No business can pay to be listed here, to rank higher, or to be described more favorably. Listings are chosen on whether they are useful to people who live in or are moving to Verrado, and facts are checked against official sources. If money ever conflicts with that, the money loses — a local guide people cannot trust is not worth running.

Display ads

Public content pages may show display advertisements served by Google AdSense — the home page, guides, dining, places, news, and similar sections. This page does not. Those ads are labeled “Advertisement” and sit apart from official-source links and directory listings. An ad appearing on a page does not mean we endorse the advertiser, and it does not change which places we list or how we describe them. Ads are not affiliate links. See our privacy policy for how Google may use cookies to serve those ads.

Affiliate links

We do not currently participate in any affiliate program, and no link on this site earns us a commission today. If that changes, this page will list every program by name and affected pages will carry a disclosure at the top before any such link appears.

Click measurement

Outbound clicks are counted so we can tell which listings are actually useful. We record the page you came from, the destination, and a one-way hash of your IP address — never your raw IP, name, or email. See our privacy policy.
